Our Story
Sapphire Coast Kitchens showroom is located in Pambula on the far south coast of NSW which is fondly known as the Sapphire Coast.
We do specialise in kitchen cabinetry but also work with walk in pantries and robes, built in wardrobes and cupboards, vanities, offices, storage solutions and custom requirements. Our company strives to provide a quality custom product and experience with customer service that offers all our knowledge in the industry and current market and trends, but in a way to complement your current knowledge. Taking on a new build or a renovation can be quite daunting especially if you haven’t done it before, but we are here to help you to make it easier, and if you have done it many times we can update you on any new products and trends and assist you to get the look you want with the function you need.
We are a division of Capital Coast Kitchens which is located in Batemans Bay where our factory is along with another showroom. Capital Coast Kitchens was established in 1985 by John and Lyn Cruikshank after John had been working in cabinetry since 1975. Later David and Denise Bell joined the team as partners and with the Bell’s and Cruikshank’s years of knowledge and experience the business continued to grow into the well known and respected business it is today with over 30 employers between the two businesses.
The Pambula showroom opened in March 2007 after Capital Coast Kitchens had a large request for jobs in the Bega Shire. Grant Cruikshank, Lyn and John’s son who had been working at Capital Coast Kitchens for 4 years moved to the area to manage the new showroom and has been here helping our wonderful customers ever since (for a peek at a very young Grant see the photos below of a newspaper article from the showroom opening at the bottom of this page). We are very thankful to have such a great community and customers along with a fantastic team that our company has succeeded as it has.
Our current team in Pambula has grown from just Grant in 2007 and consists of 5 members. We have 3 of us that work in the showroom doing designs and meeting with clients as well as doing onsite measures for quotes. Alongside that we have 2 installers who are onsite installing all custom cabinetry. We all are lucky enough to live locally and love the area and seriously love what we do. We would stress no question is a silly one and you should always ask! We do this every day and we are happily here to help you as best we can. We will always advise you to help you with your job so that it looks great and is a functional space you can use for many years to come.

SCK covers from Bermagui in NSW down to Mallacoota in northern Victoria and as far east as Jindabyne.
